The purpose is help very poor children with the gift of a safe environment for their school by helping with the completion of school access, playground, walkways and surrounding walls.

The city dump in Tijuana, Mexico covers an area of 1.5 square miles. There are many very poor families living in the area. Some of the parents work picking through the trash. Approximately 500 children attend the school (without name) in the area known as San Bernardo. There are plans to start an afternoon session with another 500 students. The children will be able to reach the school safely and stay out of the mire and mud and be in a safe environment.
