   El Salvador - San Miguel

Automated Tissue Processor

$12,750

Two Automated Tissue Processor equipment one at Hospital Nacional San Miguel and one at Hospital Nacional de Maternidad will be installed in San Miguel, El Salvador The tissue processors will be very useful for preparing accurate tissue slides for proper microscoping diagnosis. The budget for $12,750 will be used to purchase these two processors in USA and our Rotary volunteer Doctor members will travel to El Salvador to install and verify that they are functioning properly. The project will modernize and greatly help in early and accurate diagnosis of cervical cancer and other ailments.
