The Matching Grant Funds will be used to buy a Fundus Camera and a Digital Imaging System. This Equipment will be used to detect Eye disorders including diabetic retinopathy, muscular odema, retinal detachments and perforations. These Eye procedures will be performed in the charitable Eye Clinic run by The Rotary Club of Bombay in a rural village. This Equipment will be operating in conjunction with an existing Yag Laser at the Clinic. The Equipment will significantly enhance the quality of treatment and productivity of the Eye Clinic by restoring the Gift of Vision to approx 1500 - 2000 under privileged rural patients a year.
