Project Description Country: USA Location: Santee Total Budget: $1,750 Area of Focus: Community economic development Activity Type: Food/Agriculture: General Summary: Meals on Wheels and the Santee Food Bank Through a club survey, we determined hunger issues to be a major focus area for our club. Food insecurity has become an even bigger issue with the COVID pandemic. We will be donating $750 to Meals on Wheels East County, where members of our club donate their time as well as weekly drivers. We will be donating $1,000 to the Santee Food Bank, a partner of ours on many local projects to help those with food insecurity in our community.
