Project Description Country: USA Location: Santee Total Budget: $1,750 Area of Focus: Community economic development Activity Type: Community Development: General Summary: ETLC and HGH The East County Transitional Living Center (ECTLC) provides transitional housing, emergency housing, job skills development, opportunities to earn a GED, case management and linkage to other resources which provide a hand up to individuals and families, enabling them to secure permanent housing and become productive members of our community. We will donate $1000 to ECTLC to purchase the items that are most needed for those they serve, including toiletries and food. Club members will help raise money and donate supplies. Home of Guiding Hands is an organization serving adults with developmental disabilities. Our club will donate $750 to Home of Guiding Hands (HGH) to purchase holiday food and gifts for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in a group home in the East County Region of San Diego. In addition, club members will wrap the presents purchased and volunteer at their holiday event in December 2022.
